Payment of Your Earnings
Your balance will be credited to your account. As soon as your account has reached the minimum balance, any payout will be settled on a monthly basis. The minimum balance depends on the currency you selected in your Partner Account. It is specified here.
Your balance will be settled by the fifteenth working day of a payment month for the previous month. This includes all orders paid and shipped in the previous month. Orders received after the last day of the previous month may already appear in your statistics, but will only be paid out with the following payment cycle.
After we have settled your balance, we will pay it out within 15 working days. Upon clearance, the Transaction may take up to 15 business days until it gets registered in your bank account.
Your Sales can always be found in the Partner Area under Statistics > Sales. You’ll see “Sales” at the top right of your screen. Your Credit can be seen 14 days after an order has been dispatched under Statistics > Credit. You’ll see “Credit” at the top right of your screen.
Payout example
On 28 July, 30 July and 1 August products with your design get sold. These can already be viewed before the settlement of your July balance on August 17th in Statistics > Credit. The order of July 28th receives the status "shipped & paid" on July 31st. Thus it counts towards your July balance and will be paid to you in August. Orders placed on July 30th and August 1st will not receive the status "shipped & paid" until August. They will be settled with your August balance and paid out in September.
Requirements for paying out your remuneration
In order to be able to pay out your remuneration, we need the following information from you:
Your correct name and your valid address: Enter these in your account by going to Personal information.
Your payment details: Add or edit this information under Payment data.
Your Tax ID: Enter this in your account under Payment data & tax status. Learn more on the taxation of your earnings here.
Where do you send my earnings?
To receive your payouts, add your payout details under Account > Payment Data so that we can pay you.
There are two payment options: direct deposit to a US Bank account or a PayPal transfer. Direct deposit only allows us to transfer earnings in US dollars. Using PayPal allows us to transfer in any currency. If you have specified a PayPal account, payout will be made in the currency of your shop.
