Our new face masks have been a big hit, you might even call them a home run. While we’re catching up with all of the orders placed, our face masks in the EU are temporarily unavailable.

Why are face masks temporarily unavailable in my Shop?

We’re sure face masks are on your mind, they seem to be the talk of the town lately. Two weeks ago, we announced the addition of face masks to our product range. Within one day of selling face masks, there was a production backlog of one week. Within one week, the order backlog quickly increased to one month.

While we’re catching up with demand, the face mask will be temporarily displayed as “out of stock” in the EU.

One of the coolest features about the face mask is that it’s an all-over print product. Because of this, the design must be printed before it’s sewn. We’re working on increasing our capacity, training the right people, and we’ll hopefully have masks available for purchase again soon.

When will face masks be available again?

Latest Monday, May 11th 2020.

What should I do next?

We’re thrilled the face mask has been a welcomed addition to your Shop. Due to its success, when the face mask is reactivated, it will be excluded from all promotions. Since individual product types cannot be technically excluded from free shipping promotions all upcoming ‘Free Shipping’ promotions will instead become ‘15% Off Everything’ promotions.

Please don’t promote or market the face mask while they are temporarily unavailable. We’re doing our best to keep up with an incredible demand for this product! Lastly, we’re on the lookout for new face protection products to add to our product range. We’re hoping to have additional products available soon. When the face mask is available again, we’ll be sure to let you know. Until then, please let us know in the forum or comments below if you have any comments, questions or concerns.
