We’re back with another Spreadshop Design Challenge. Get ready to show off your design skills and creativity while spreading some good vibes. And of course there are plenty of prizes to win, not to mention opportunities to increase your shop’s visibility. Here’s everything you need to know.
Let the good vibes roll
If there’s one thing we love to spread, it’s good vibes, and you can do it too. This year’s theme is all about positivity and motivation; designs that will put a smile on people’s faces. It can be related to the upcoming spring/summer season, promoting mental health awareness, or simply bringing some good vibes into the world.
So, are you ready to spread some happiness? Get ready to create some colorful, uplifting designs!
We love prizes
Of course, there will be prizes for the winning designers:
- 1st Place: $200 Spreadshop voucher
- 2nd Place: $150 Spreadshop voucher
- 3rd Place: $100 Spreadshop voucher
Along with the vouchers, the top three design winners will receive a package with a product printed with their winning design, as well as a feature story on the Spreadshop blog, our newsletter, and our socials. Plus, an additional 10 packages will be given away among all other participants!

How to participate
You can submit your design by sending an email to design@spreadshop.com. Send us a link to the product featuring your design in your shop. You can choose any product you like to showcase your challenge design.
Some useful info:
- Each participant may only enter one If we receive multiple designs from one individual, only the first design will be considered.
- All EU and NA Spreadshop Partners can enter.
- The challenge design must be uploaded and published to your shop.
- Our judges will not consider designs uploaded before April 9th.
The contest begins with the announcement of the theme and runs until 11:59 PM on May 19th.
How are the submissions selected?
During the submission period, we will review each of the design submissions and internally select the top 10 finalists based on the following criteria:
- Effect on the product – Does the design work well on the chosen product?
- Relevance to the topic – How relevant is the design for the theme of the challenge?
- Creativity and originality – Is the design unique and original?
- Message – How clear is the message behind the design?
The judges will award points on a scale from 0 to 3 for each criterion. This means a design can receive a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 12 points from each judge, then the points are added up to determine the final score for each design.
Then, during the voting period that follows, customers & partners will then vote for their favorite out of the top 10 finalist designs.
