Hiya,
If you have a shop on our EU-platform, log into: https://www.spreadshirt.net/forum/c/ama-spreadshop-q-a

That should work with your EU credentials 🙂 (we have two forums)

Hello 🙂 The last time there was an AMA forum I got locked out after only a few questions and couldn’t finish the conversation. It said something about me being new. I’ve been with Spreadshirt now for about 3 years….Can you make sure this won’t happen to me this time? There are some sorting and search issues my shop has been having for awhile and nothing seems to be happening to fix them. Im hoping to speak directly to the programmers that deal with this and finally get them resolved 🙂

Hi there – I guess the thing was that you were new to the forum 😉 The forum platform software has some limits as to how many posts a new user can post in a given timeframe so we avoid getting spammers in the community. It can make a mistake of course… If you were “kicked out” – it might be because of that? Try writing as many questions as you can in one post (and not one question per post) and you’re golden 🙂
